Job Description

Kavaliro is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Management Specialist for our client to help support and improve their internal business systems, including ERP, CRM, payment platforms, RMA processes, logistics applications, reporting tools, and other enterprise solutions. This position will play a key role in coordinating small-to-medium-sized system initiatives, translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting testing and issue resolution, and keeping projects moving from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in developing a long-term career in business systems, enterprise applications, project management, or technology consulting. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business applications is preferred, while experience in areas such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations is a plus. Candidates may also demonstrate relevant experience through internships, student organizations, volunteer work, campus activities, or project-based team environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred, and Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus but not required. This is an onsite position in our Jacksonville office, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm. Pay: $31.00 - 36.00 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing Project & Systems Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of internal business systems projects, enhancements, and process improvements across ERP, CRM, payment, RMA, logistics, and reporting platforms.
  • Work with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and other business functions to understand current processes, identify requirements, and document desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and actionable project tasks.
  • Coordinate activities among internal stakeholders, HQ development teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor project schedules, action items, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, following up to ensure commitments remain on track.
Testing & Issue Resolution
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, execution, defect documentation, and release preparation.
  • Track application issues and work with appropriate teams to investigate and resolve problems.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and supporting information before escalating issues.
  • Participate in post-launch monitoring and follow-up to ensure systems and enhancements are functioning as expected.
Documentation & Business Support
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, project documentation, status reports, process materials, and user training resources.
  • Assist with data validation, basic reporting, and system configuration under the direction of more experienced team members.
  • Develop an understanding of assigned business applications and processes, gradually taking ownership of routine support activities and smaller system initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and other technology-related projects as business needs evolve.
What You’ll Need
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
  • Interest in building a long‑term career in ERP, enterprise applications, business systems, project management, or technology consulting.
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications through professional experience, internships, academic projects, or similar experiences is preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations is a plus.
  • For early‑career candidates, leadership or coordination experience gained through student organizations, campus activities, volunteer programs, internships, or project teams is valued. Event planning and team coordination experience is particularly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with UAT, requirements gathering, Jira or other ticketing systems, Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, or similar business/technical tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and practical experience preferred.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred but not required.
