Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics, Inc. is seeking an on-site, full-time ERP Application Engineer based in our Boulder office. This role reports to the ERP Enterprise Solution Engineer in Cape Town and serves as the primary local ERP support resource for Boulder users.

You will provide hands-on application support and ensure processes run smoothly, escalating issues with clear business context. The position involves capturing new business use cases, translating them into requirements, and working with global

Qualifications

Hands-on ERP support experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong ability to document business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Experience gathering and translating user needs into functional requirements.
Familiarity with UAT, rollout support, and training activities.
Exposure to regulated environments and NPD processes.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line functional ERP support to Boulder users across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, quality and customer operations.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate platform, integration, or performance problems with clear context.
Gather and document new use cases and enhancement requests from daily operations and onboarding.
