Job summary

K9 Recruitment seeks an on-site ERP Application Engineer in Colorado to be the main local ERP support resource. You will work with a global ERP lead on design, development and rollout, ensuring processes are followed and issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating business rules and tests, and enabling user adoption through training and documentation. 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred, with Epicor Kinetic experience highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field required.
5+ years ERP experience; 8–12 years overall experience preferred.
Hands-on ERP application support in manufacturing environment; Epicor Kinetic preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line functional ERP support across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, quality and customer operations.
Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and escalate to the global ERP lead as needed.
Gather new use cases and translate them into business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate testing, rollout, and hypercare for new modules and fixes.
Drive user adoption and provide training and job aids.
