Job summary

Century Arms, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an ERP Administrator to own day-to-day ERP operations, user access, roles, dashboards, and cross‑department support in a manufacturing environment.

The role partners with ERP vendors for upgrades and tickets, focuses on BOM, MRP, inventory, purchasing and reporting, and uses native tools; AI-assisted features may be used with human oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years of experience administering a manufacturing or distribution ERP system (Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Experience in a high-volume SKU, high-mix manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong working knowledge of core ERP manufacturing/distribution modules: Inventory, Purchasing, Sales Orders, Warehouse Management, Quality, Finance, MRP, and BOM.
• Experience with system configuration, workflow design, and user access/security management.
• Experience with SQL and ERP reporting tools.
• Comfort using AI-assisted configuration, reporting, and support tools within a modern ERP platform.
• Proven ability to gather cross-functional requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day ERP operations: users, roles, permissions, security, saved searches, dashboards, and custom records.
• Liaise with ERP vendor(s) for tickets, upgrades, patches, and enhancements, providing business context.
• Maintain development, test, and production environments with vendor support.
• Configure workflows and automation using native tools; escalate deeper customization to the vendor.
• Build internal capability and documentation to reduce reliance on external consultants.
