Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Operations & IT to lead enterprise technology programs and mentor a team of project managers. The role reports to the COO and sits in IT, aligning initiatives with business priorities and regulatory considerations.

The candidate will drive program roadmaps, manage budgets, and deliver clear portfolio reporting to executive leadership. The position is onsite in Boulder, CO, with a collaborative, fast‑paced culture and exposure to ERP/LIMS

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, cross‑functional technology programs end‑to‑end.
• Proven ability to coach and grow project managers and teams.
• Ability to produce portfolio‑level reporting for C‑suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Watchmaker Genomics’ largest, most complex technology programs and projects from initiation through closeout.
• Mentor and coach individual‑contributor project managers on planning, risk, and communications.
• Develop program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for a cohesive portfolio view.
• Deliver concise program/status reports and executive presentations to leadership.
• Establish and improve PM standards, templates, governance, and practices.
