Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documentation is prepared accurately and timely.
• Reception duties - MCO/CO/Extensions.
• Lien releases and ensuring enforceable documents.
• Collect and verify all conditions as needed.
• Prepare loans for Funding/Booking.
• Maintain priority lien positions with valid documents.
• Collect and organize post-closing documentation.
• Perform post-closing follow up.
