Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documentation is prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
• Lien releases.
• Ensure all conditions are collected and verified if necessary.
• Prepare loans for Funding/Booking.
• Ensure CCG is in a priority lien positions with valid enforceable documents.
• Collect and organize post-closing documentation.
• Perform post-closing follow up.

CCG has an equipment finance Documentation Specialist position available in its Naperville, IL office. The position will offer opportunities to learn all aspects of equipment finance documentation. The chosen candidate will be permanently assigned to the Documentation Department. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and offers career advancement.
