Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documentation is prepared accurately and timely.
• Perform reception duties (MCO/CO/Extensions) and lien releases.
• Verify all conditions are collected and, if necessary, verified.
• Prepare loans for Funding/Booking and ensure priority lien positions with valid documents.
• Collect and organize post-closing documentation and perform post-closing follow-up.

Documentation Specialist – Equipment Finance

Naperville, IL - onsite

CCG has an equipment finance Documentation Specialist position available in its Naperville, IL office. The position will offer opportunities to learn all aspects of equipment finance documentation. The chosen candidate will be permanently assigned to the Documentation Department. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and offers career advancement. Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documentation is prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
