The role oversees waste management, safety oversight, KPI tracking, reporting to leadership, staff coaching, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years experience in operations management or environmental services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with regs.
• Coordinate Health and Safety oversight of onsite employees supporting customer programs (air, water, hazardous waste).
• Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Provide accurate reporting and data to upper management on operations and KPIs.
