Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an Onsite InSite Operations Manager III to lead environmental operations at a customer site. You will organize day-to-day activities to maximize profitability, ensure safe delivery of services, and plan for ongoing needs across technology, facilities, labor, and equipment.

You will develop, monitor, and measure KPIs while providing strong leadership to the onsite InSite team, guiding professional development and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, environmental services, or a related field.
• Required trainings: RCRA, OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER, DOT.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and customers.
• Experience with P&L statements and providing timely analysis to leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate health and safety oversight of onsite employees supporting the customer's programs.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and measure operational and financial KPIs.
• Set expectations and improve performance of onsite personnel.
• Ensure infrastructure, tools, and staff enable efficient business operations.
• Mentor onsite personnel and support succession planning.
• Develop and ensure compliance with company and customer policies and standards.
• Provide timely reporting and data to upper management on operations and KPIs.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to optimize programs.
• Perform related duties to support InSite Program success
