Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Matthews, NC. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training, learn branch ops, and advance to Branch Manager with relocation support for moves over 50 miles.

You will drive loan origination, educate customers on lending options, and help manage risk and staff development to hit sales targets. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year customer-facing sales experience, with a professional demeanor and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or Business/Finance.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
