Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Athens, GA. You will participate in an 18-24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, and help the branch meet sales goals while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Support branch operations and promote customer experience to drive growth.
