Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Georgia to guide customers toward financial goals and support branch operations. You will learn branch management through an 18–24 month paid training program, then advance to manage your own branch with relocation support upon promotion.

The role emphasizes originating new loan business, educating customers on lending options, and contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance or Sales.
• 1+ year of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet their financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on our consumer lending services and credit improvement.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
