Republic Finance, LLC is looking for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Georgia with a clear path to management. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, an uncapped monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits to support you and your family.

You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and have relocation assistance when promoted. Bachelor's degree and customer-facing sales experience are preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must meet standards for criminal history, credit history and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing for selling voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Mansioni

• Help customers meet financial goals by originating loan business and recommending products.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assist with loan applications, closings, and payment reminders.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plan execution to meet goals.
