Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in physical security, asset protection, or related field.
• Working knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, alarm systems, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders, including law enforcement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security reporting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise physical security strategies aligned with organizational objectives and risk priorities.
• Conduct enterprise physical security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and risk analyses to identify gaps and mitigation measures.
• Oversee deployment and effectiveness of physical security technologies including video surveillance, access control, and alarm monitoring.
• Establish standards for security system design, installation, maintenance, and performance.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, and vendors to maintain system availability and cybersecurity controls.
• Manage security-related evidence per policy and legal requirements.
• Manage contracted security providers, staffing, training, and SLAs.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting dashboards for leadership reviews.
