Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a seasoned Asset Protection leader to oversee safety and shrink reduction across a distribution or store environment. You will drive investigations, coordinate with HR and operations, and manage a team to uphold regulatory compliance and protect company assets.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in asset protection or store security, hands-on leadership, and the ability to respond to volatile situations quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience in Asset Protection or store security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute asset protection activities at the assigned location with focus on shrink and safety awareness programs.
• Lead investigations and resolutions of safety, regulatory, theft issues; report to leadership as needed.
• Manage a team of Asset Protection Supervisors/Auditors; oversee training and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security measures including seal testing and electronic systems maintenance.
