Job summary

You will design and develop comprehensive learning materials, apply ADDIE/SAM, and partner with SMEs to translate procedures into clear objectives. Tools include Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Training experience (3+ years) with course development and delivery.
• Portfolio with instructional design deliverables and artifacts.
• Knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools: Articulate 360, MS Office, Adobe CC.
• Familiarity with UX principles for learning interfaces and virtual delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and presentations.
• Experience with ADDIE and SAM instructional design frameworks.
• Experience with LMS integration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM frameworks to create engaging, media-rich learning assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives.
• Build and publish modules using Articulate 360, MS Office, and Adobe CC; ensure LMS integration.
• Conduct needs analyses, create knowledge checks, quizzes, and evaluations.
• Develop storyboards and prototypes; incorporate pilot feedback to improve learning.
• Organize and version-control training files in secure cloud storage.
