Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer for an onsite, 3-6 month engagement in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on designing engaging digital learning experiences, training materials, and multimedia content within a Learning & Development team.

Responsibilities include creating simulations and videos with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond, using AI tools to enhance content, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective training

Competenze

Proven hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline.
Proven hands-on experience with Articulate Rise.
Strong instructional design and eLearning development experience.
Experience with Vyond or similar video editing/content creation tools.

Mansioni

Design and develop interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Create multimedia learning materials using Vyond and video editing tools.
Utilize AI tools to enhance learning content and efficiency.
Develop learning scenarios, videos, and training experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into training solutions.
