Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an Audio Video Support Technician to join onsite AV team for a leading semiconductor organization in the San Jose area.

You will install, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise conference room AV systems, supporting Teams, Zoom, Cisco endpoints, Poly systems, and Webex in day-to-day operations. This 12-month contract role offers $30–$35/hour (W-2) with potential extension and on-site shifts at San Jose and Santa Clara locations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise audiovisual systems and video conferencing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly/Polycom, and Webex technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, conferencing, and presentation equipment.
• Understanding of AV signal flow, audio systems, and video distribution.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, executive meetings, or corporate collaboration spaces.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and safely handle or install AV equipment.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise conference room AV systems.
• Perform daily room health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, presentation, display, and conferencing issues.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco video endpoints, Poly systems, and Webex.
• Maintain cameras, microphones, speakers, projectors, displays, and AV control systems.
• Provide technical support for executive meetings, hybrid meetings, and company-wide events.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalations.
• Document incidents, maintain equipment inventory, and support firmware and software updates.
• Help ensure reliable technology across conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
