Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering an Engineering Summer Internship Program that is fully onsite across several U.S. locations.

You will gain hands-on experience in mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing disciplines while working with experienced engineers and leaders on real-world challenges. Interns will participate in project‑based assignments, receive mentorship, and present learnings to Leadership at the conclusion of projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering program or related field.
• Graduation date Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions.
• Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Participating in mentorship and networking opportunities.
