Job summary

GALLO is seeking interns for a 6-month Engineering internship program in California. Roles include Facilities, Reliability & Maintenance, Bottling & Cellar Project, and Supply Chain Engineering.

Interns will work 40 hours per week, onsite, with collaboration across engineering teams and cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering or Engineering Management, available for the full duration, and able to travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management OR possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management.
• Available for the entire duration of the internship program (6 consecutive months).
• Requires availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Required to have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Required to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Required to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and execute industrial glass, infrastructure, electrical utilities, and building projects from concept to implementation.
• Create preventative maintenance strategies and analyze risks for bottling/spirits site equipment.
• Manage projects from concept to startup and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver the product from bottling to customer by analyzing data and focusing on continuous improvement.
