E. & J. Gallo Winery in Fresno, CA is offering a 6‑month Engineering Internship from January to June 2027.

Selected interns will work with engineers across the company on projects in glass, infrastructure, electrical utilities and supply chain engineering, gaining hands‑on experience in a real manufacturing environment. The program requires full‑time availability (40 hours/week), enrollment in an engineering degree or recent degree, and willingness to travel up to 5% for onboarding and site

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Management.
• Available for the full 6-month duration (January–June 2027).
• Willing to work 40 hours per week and possibly evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and execute industrial glass, infrastructure, electrical utilities, and commercial building projects from concept to final implementation.
• Manage projects from concept to startup with cross-functional partners to meet business needs.
• Deliver supply chain engineering efforts to move products quickly from bottling to customers.
• Execute projects following established PM processes while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; perform time studies and capability analyses.
• Lead root-cause analysis investigations when unplanned downtime occurs.
• Present findings to other functions and seek feedback.
