GALLO is seeking engineering interns for a 6-month, full-time on-site internship. You will work closely with engineers on projects spanning facilities, reliability, bottling, and supply chain.

The program requires 40 hours per week and may include evenings or weekends. Ideal candidates are pursuing or hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or Engineering Management, with strong analytical skills and comfort in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled or have completed a Bachelor's in Engineering or Engineering Management.
• Availability for the full 6-month program (40 hours/week).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams on projects across facilities, reliability, bottling, cellar, and supply chain.
• Identify issues, collect data, and develop improvement ideas with cross-functional teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis investigations when downtime occurs.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, time studies, and equipment repeatability studies.
• Present findings and coordinate with suppliers, engineers, planners, and production staff.
