Job summary

Murphy Oil Corporation is seeking an End User Experience Administrator (Finance) to provide hands-on deskside support and daily administration of the Windows endpoint estate. The role covers software, hardware, network, and conference room systems with work tracked in ITSM tools, and requires daily in-person support at the Houston corporate office.

Beyond technical duties, candidates will build strong relationships, ensure privacy, and adhere to company AI and data handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in desktop support, deskside support, or IT end-user support role.
• Hands-on endpoint management experience and familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID/AD, and familiarity with Teams/SharePoint is preferred.
• Must work onsite in Houston daily and travel up to 15% to field sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 deskside support for end-user applications and devices.
• Manage Windows endpoint estate, Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM configurations.
• Document knowledge base articles, how-to guides, and scripts; follow AI use policies.
• Maintain security controls and respond to incidents alongside the security team.
• Assist with conference rooms, AV setup, and in-person user training as needed.
