Uprite Services in Houston seeks a System Support Analyst to join the Service Desk, delivering remote and occasional on-site end-user support across Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic server/network tasks.

You will document cases, mentor L1 staff, and work with vendors while maintaining strong communication and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• 2+ years in IT support or related field.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• End User Support (phone, email, remote tools) for MS 365, Outlook, and business apps.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration (licensing, applications, Azure).
• Troubleshoot user issues and document tickets until resolution.
• Escalate issues and engage with vendors as needed.
