Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking an EMS Dispatcher in Carrollton, TX for full-time or part-time on-site work. The role handles 911 and non-emergency ambulance requests, using CAD to guide units and determine the most appropriate transport for each patient.

Responsibilities include routing, driving efficiency, and clear communications with facilities. Must have EMS/CPR credentials and knowledge of medical terminology; bilingual is a plus.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Emergency Medical Dispatch Certificate and CPR required or obtained within 6 months.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

• Receive and process 911 and non-emergency ambulance requests.
• Utilize CAD to monitor and dispatch units.
