Job summary

Istari Digital seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to be embedded with customer teams, building software that integrates CAD, CFD, FEM pipelines with Istari's platform.

You will work on-site, architecting integrations, and translating field experience into product insights while collaborating with program managers and engineering. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Production-quality code and defend architectural decisions.
• Hands-on experience with CAD, CFD, FEM, or related tools.
• Able to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• On-site work with customers in a U.S. defense/aerospace context; clearance eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer engineering teams to understand workflows and constraints.
• Architect and build software solutions that integrate Istari's platform with CAD/CFD/FEM pipelines.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for the customer and drive value.
• Develop, test, and maintain integrations and workflow solutions.
• Translate field experience into actionable product insights and influence roadmap.
