Job summary

Eligibility Screening Services, LLC is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative for a 100% onsite role in Longview, TX. The position handles inquiries via phone, email and chat and delivers high-quality service.

You will work in a performance-driven environment, meeting KPIs and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns. Schedule: Tue-Fri 9am-5:30pm and Sat 8am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or some college coursework in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels with accurate, timely information.
• Clarify and resolve customer issues by identifying needs, root causes, and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Provide triage support for common platform, application, and back-office issues.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system with thorough records.
