Job summary

Ultium Cells LLC in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an Equipment Technology Engineer, Electrode, onsite in the Electrode Department. The role focuses on improving equipment, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing results, and advancing manufacturing methods in a highly automated battery cell plant.

Collaborate with production, maintenance and process engineers to ensure high uptime and safe, compliant operations while expanding expertise in battery manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
• Industrial Maintenance Engineering experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Design, control, and provide modification and improvement of the equipment.
• Trouble shooting and solving problems on the chronic errors/trouble.
• Find root cause analysis and reporting of major errors.
• Monitor and ensure running machines continuously to reduce breakdown time.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records to determine production requirements.
