Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Industrial Maintenance Journeyman’s certificate preferred.
• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to coordinate, lead, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support maintenance activities on production equipment.
• Prepare and manage periodic preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with external vendors for complex maintenance activities.
• Provide floor-level leadership by coordinating technician activities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
