Qualifications

• 0 to 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing in an automated engineering environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Ensure production and quality goals are achieved through teamwork and communication.
• Train and develop operators to meet the team's goals.
• Monitor and control product standards and investigate quality issues.
