Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in education or related field, 10+ years in e-learning, and a strong portfolio demonstrating three or more projects, plus experience with LMS like Moodle. This contract-friendly role emphasizes collaboration across stakeholders and rigorous instructional design methods.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education and training development or related field.
• Ten years of experience in e-Learning development and working with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• 5–10 years of experience using modern e-learning authoring tools to develop SCORM-compliant content.
• 5–10 years of experience developing content within LMS platforms such as Moodle or equivalent.
• Portfolio link demonstrating three e-learning projects with storyboards, course outline, flow, and assessment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and requirements.
• Define measurable learning objectives aligned with course goals.
• Design course structures with modules, lessons, and assessments.
• Develop instructional content from SME materials using appropriate design methodologies.
• Select and implement diverse instructional strategies for various learning styles.
• Design and implement pre-, formative, and summative assessments.
• Establish evaluation processes to measure course impact and effectiveness.
• Set up feedback mechanisms for learners and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
