Job summary

The role focuses on TNA, objectives, course structure, and assessment design, with SME collaboration across NATO Nations and partners. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in e-learning, strong LMS and SCORM experience, and a portfolio demonstrating multiple projects with storyboards and course outlines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education and training development or BS with significant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in e-Learning development and working with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps.
• Define measurable learning objectives aligned with course goals.
• Design course structures with modules, lessons, and assessments.
• Develop instructional content from SME materials using storyboard or rapid development.
• Select diverse instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Create pre-, formative, and summative assessments to gauge learner progress.
• Implement evaluation processes to measure course impact.
• Establish feedback mechanisms for learners and stakeholders.
