Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an EHS&S Coordinator to advance the company’s Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability initiatives. This onsite role is based at the Miami headquarters and works with the Director of Sustainability and the EVP of EHS&S to support certifications and cross‑functional campaigns.

The role involves engaging with internal teams and external clients to reach ESG goals, drive compliance, and improve communications and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or related field is required.
• 1–3 years in sustainability, health & safety, or environmental management preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support advancement of the company’s EHS&S initiatives and programs.
• Drive program compliance, innovation, and strategic engagement internally and externally.
• Support certifications and reporting, including ESG-related communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices across departments.
