Spectrum Brands, Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for the Vinita Park facility in the St. Louis, MO area.

You will lead EHS, security, and workers’ compensation programs to ensure a safe, compliant workplace for employees at a manufacturing site. Responsibilities include developing policies, coordinating training, auditing compliance, and collaborating with plant leadership to advance safety initiatives and regulatory reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role in manufacturing.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental, health, safety and sustainability initiatives in line with corporate objectives.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA and local regulations compliance and represent company in regulatory matters.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
• Design and deliver training on safety, environmental topics and hazard communication.
• Oversee emergency action planning and coordination with local authorities.
• Conduct EHS audits and drive corrective actions with employees and leadership.
• Prepare and maintain environmental reports for agencies.
