Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, science, business, or industrial safety.
• Min five years of combined EHS, sustainability, and incident-management experience.
• Experience implementing EHS programs in regulated environments (pharma/biotech).
• Ability to develop measurable plans and manage cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve site EHS programs, systems, standards, and training.
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
• Lead industrial hygiene studies and exposure monitoring.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering, operations, QA and facilities to embed EHS requirements.
• Deliver EHS training and promote near-miss reporting.
• Communicate safety performance to stakeholders.
