Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Environmental Professional, EH&S Generalist, to design, implement and oversee the organization’s EH&S programs at the Grand Prairie site. You will ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations and report to the EH&S Manager.

The role focuses on air, water, wastewater, waste management, and sustainability programs, with audits, permits, and continuous improvement driving safety and environmental excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Environmental, Health, Safety, Ergonomics, Risk, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace
• Knowledge of Texas regulatory requirements and EPA/OSHA standards

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and oversee EH&S programs
• Ensure compliance with corporate, state and local policies
• Prepare for internal and regulatory audits and host audits
• Maintain air, water and waste compliance programs and permit requirements
• Provide training to employees on EH&S processes
