RTX is seeking an Environmental Professional, EH&S Generalist, to join our Grand Prairie team. You will design, develop, and oversee environmental programs to protect employees and the environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes air and wastewater compliance, waste management, and continuous improvement across EH&S, with opportunities to support audits, permits, and regulatory submissions. Onsite work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in EH&S-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in industry; or Associate’s with 10+ years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, implement and oversee EH&S programs to safeguard employees and environment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory EH&S policies and regulations.
• Lead and participate in audits, permit applications, and regulatory submissions.
