Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking an experienced EH&S Professional at the Asheville, NC facility to lead regulatory compliance and health and safety programs. You will interface with management and shop floor teams to ensure alignment with Federal, State and Local requirements.

Responsibilities include guiding EH&S councils, coordinating audits, driving incident investigations, and delivering training while promoting continuous improvement and safe manufacturing practices onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with 5–8 years of EH&S regulatory compliance experience.
• EH&S regulatory and management systems knowledge required.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EH&S regulatory compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and RTX standards.
• Lead and coordinate EH&S councils and cross-functional projects.
• Conduct audits/inspections and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
• Respond to onsite medical incidents and coordinate spill response when needed.
• Provide EH&S training and guidance to line management and employees.
