Responsibilities

• Conduct solution-focused consultations and assist with goal setting.
• Assess and refer to Worklife, behavioral health and community resources.
• Provide manager consultations on workplace issues and organizational change.
• Offer crisis intervention and on-site training for managers and employees.
• Document case activity in the clinical system within required timelines.
