Qualifications

• Masters/Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• Current, unrestricted license at the independent practice level.
• 3+ years of behavioral health experience.
• Ability to work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EAP services including assessment and referral.
• Conduct solution-focused consultations with employees.
• Refer to Worklife, behavioral health, and community resources.
• Provide manager consultations on workplace issues.
• Deliver on-site trainings and wellness seminars.
• Maintain confidential documentation in clinical systems per HIPAA.
