Job summary

ComPsych is seeking an Onsite EAP Counselor to provide direct clinical services at a customer site in Austin, Texas. The role requires a clinical licensure, a strong clinical background, and the ability to make quick, accurate clinical decisions.

Responsibilities include crisis counseling, referrals, and employee consultations within the workplace, plus CISM support and staff trainings. This is an onsite position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides short-term counseling, including crisis intervention for individuals at the work site.
• Facilitates referral into the benefit plan or community resources.
• Responsible for employee-related consultations for behavioral health issues at the workplace.
• Supports Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) debriefings.
• Provides employee/management orientations regarding the EAP services.
• Delivers training and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
