Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Analyst, Security for the Special Programs Security Team in a fully onsite role. You will administer security procedures, develop SOPs, and oversee compliance with NISPOM/JSIG while coordinating with subcontractors to protect classified information.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience, DoD clearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. On-site employment only.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ with advanced degree).
• Experience implementing NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security policy governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures in classified environments per NISPOM and JSIG.
• Develop and implement SOPs and OPSEC plans using risk management principles.
• Provide security oversight to subcontractors and maintain accreditation for ICD 705.
