Job summary

RTX seeks a Principal Security Analyst to lead program security policy development and compliance efforts across NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and ICD 705. You will oversee security procedures, accreditation of facilities, and vendor/subcontractor security in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and proficiency with Microsoft products. Onsite work in the US is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and administer the program’s security policies
• Provide oversight and guidance related to security policies and procedures
• Administer security procedures in classified environments (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG)
• Develop SOPs, OPSEC plans and test plans using risk management principles
• Establish and maintain secure facilities and visitor control programs
• Collaborate with ISSO/ISSM on JSIG implementation and security inspections
