Job summary

SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team on site at NSWC Dahlgren, Virginia. In this role you’ll craft RMF A&A packages, execute continuous monitoring tasks, and conduct system testing to secure cutting‑edge systems while collaborating with a team that values innovation.

This position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and US Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies and system engineering.

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization artifacts.
• Document systems from a Cybersecurity perspective using MS Office.
• Apply STIGs and DISA/Nsa recommendations to security postures.
• Lead ISSO activities for information systems and plan IAVM.
• Perform vulnerability tests using ACAS and other IA tools.
• Plan and document risk assessments against known vulnerabilities.
• Develop cybersecurity requirements, policies, standards and procedures.
