Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Production Control independent contributor at our Andover, MA facility. You will manage high visibility, high mix material availability and support the shop floor through MRP-driven processes and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires DoD clearance and strong experience with MRP/ERP systems, planning, scheduling, and inventory control in a manufacturing environment. Onsite work in Andover, MA is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or other production driven environments.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high visibility, high mix area.
• Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting. Manage Kit Readiness including working with cross-functional team in BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control.
• Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, WIP movement and MRP system updates.
• Control the physical disposition of nonconforming or specially handled material including Return to Vendor and configuration of components/sub-assemblies.
• Maintain integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through KPIs.
• Process piece part movement to support internal build requirements through subcontractors and Raytheon facilities.
• This will be an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.
