Job summary

Health Aid of Ohio is seeking a DME Service Analyst for our Columbus, OH location. The role focuses on managing service repair orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring compliant, cost-effective service delivery.

You will work with technicians, procurement, warehouse, and customer service to support timely repairs. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in DME/HME operations; Excel proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years in DME/HME operations, medical device service, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard computer applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience repairing power mobility equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review service diagnostics to identify required parts, labor, and service codes.
• Create, monitor, and manage service repair orders (SROs) in company systems.
• Track service orders from start to finish and coordinate repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair quotes using HCPCS codes and pricing; obtain approvals.
