Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician to assist the IT Manager with supporting associates. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, set up and maintain equipment, and respond to help desk tickets to ensure smooth operations.

The role involves routine maintenance, user onboarding, and supporting various IT projects within a healthcare/insurance environment. Monday–Friday, on-site in Columbus-area facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some technical PC systems training or related work.
• Three-years' experience in an IT services role.

Responsibilities

• Help Desk: Monitor and respond to help desk requests and use ticketing system.
• Provide support for IT products and services; troubleshoot and teach users.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch installations.
