Job summary

You will coordinate repairs with technicians, procurement, and customer service to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective service delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing diagnostics, creating SROs, preparing quotes with HCPCS codes, obtaining approvals, and assisting with procurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in DME/HME operations or medical device service.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard computer apps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and communicate in English; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and identify parts, labor, and codes for SROs.
• Create, monitor, and manage service repair orders.
• Prepare repair quotes using HCPCS codes and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
