Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a District Administrator to support daily payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, invoicing, and monthly financial closeout for assigned branches. Focus on back-office enhancements and systemwide process improvements.

On-site location in Robinson, IL with no remote option. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in business/finance and 2–5 years in finance/administration, strong Excel skills, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting or finance preferred.
• 2–5 years of business, invoicing, accounting or finance experience in a related industry.
• Experience preparing invoices and managing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication, problem solving and finance terminology understanding.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and timely payroll processing.
• Vendor PO management, invoicing and cash application.
• Billing/invoicing and monthly financial closeout for assigned branch(es).
• Time entry validation and discrepancy resolution; assist with revenue/cost accruals.
• Support KPI reporting and back-office processes.
